About

The Colas Team Cup (CTC) is an internal international sports and artistic challenge organized by the Colas Group.

The CTC is a competition open to all full-time Colas employees with a permanent contract, long-term contract and apprentice contract (except for fixed-term contracts, internships and temporary positions)

This competition is organized into three events: five-a-side soccer, running and Incredible Talents.

The objectives of the competition are to:

• Provide employees with a dynamic, unifying, and unforgettable experience.
• Foster collaboration across departments through sports and moments of interaction amongst teams. Employees will build bonds and networks that could be valuable in the future.
• Reignite and promote team spirit, locally and globally. Encourage values such as self-improvement, togetherness, solidary, and more.
• Enhance human values through an exceptional event.
